You can also skip forward or backward by 10 seconds, use the fast-forward option for longer jumps, and adjust the video resolution instantly (360p, 480p, 720p, 1080p) without interrupting playback.

Watch Options (MovieBox App Only)

With MovieBox, you’re in control of how you watch. Choose "Streaming" if you want to hit play and enjoy right away, or pick "Download" to download videos first and watch offline whenever it suits you.

It’s perfect for balancing speed, data use, and convenience. And if you change your mind, you can always decide differently for each video.

How to change it: MovieBox > Me > Settings > Watch Options > choose Streaming or Download as your default behavior, and restart your app.

Download in Background (MovieBox App Only)

There's no need to stay on the MovieBox app while downloading movies and TV shows. With "Download in Background", MovieBox keeps saving your content even if you open another app or lock your phone

This is great for bigger files or when you’ve queued up multiple videos. You can pause, resume, or cancel anytime right from the Downloads screen.

How to change it: MovieBox > Me > Settings > Download in Background > toggle On/Off.

Auto-activate Miniplayer (MovieBox App Only)

With MovieBox’s Miniplayer, your video keeps playing in a small floating window while you explore the app. Turn on "Auto-activate Miniplayer", and the app will automatically switch to this mode whenever you leave a video, like when checking cast info or browsing for something new.

You can use the Miniplayer controls to pause, skip, or return to full screen. You can also expand it back to full screen anytime with a single tap.

How to change it: MovieBox > Me > Settings > Auto-activate Miniplayer > toggle On/Off.

Local Files and File Transfer (MovieBox App Only)

The MovieBox app also works as a media player for your local videos, so you can play videos already stored on your device without switching apps.

Even better, MovieBox makes it easy to transfer movies, subtitles, and local videos from one MovieBox app to another. It’s a quick way to share or move your files without third-party apps.

Notifications(MovieBox App Only)

With MovieBox, you decide which push notifications to receive. Keep them on to get updates about new releases, completed downloads, live sports alerts, community replies, and important messages. Prefer a distraction-free experience? Simply switch them off.

How to change it: Open the MovieBox app, click Me > Settings > Notifications, and turn it on or off.

Language Settings (MovieBox App Only)

Make MovieBox feel truly yours. You can set the app interface to your preferred language or simply let it follow your phone’s system language automatically.

This way, all menus and labels appear in the language you’re most comfortable with. Don’t worry, you’ll still be able to choose subtitle or audio languages separately when watching a video.
